Now that Owen has turned one year old (and collected a few birthday checks;-) we're finally setting up his college savings account. To celebrate the occasion, we're putting a poll on the blog (top of the column on the right), so you can help decide where Owen will go to college!*

Voting may be based on genuine interest in where Owen should attend school, reflect voting for your own alma mater, or cuteness of the picture of Owen wearing the school colors. Schools listed in this poll are limited to schools for which Owen owns a onesie. Although it is tempting, we are not planning on limiting Owen's actual school selection based on his onesie wardrobe. I didn't realize that we never got a VT onezie for Owen! and now that we have left VT i am afraid I wont have the opportunity to get him one before he has surpassed the age of onzies being the cool thing to wear! I really missed the boat on this one but our bote is for "other" and we would like to fill in the blank with VT

How can you pass up the stylish Northwestern purple? Not to mention he would be near his Zimmerman uncles and aunts and the great city of Chicago. ;)
I seem to remember that Northwestern has a fantastic drama department - Since Owen has proved himself to be quite a ham (playing with the water at his Baptism for one), you really need to consider Northwestern. That department also has ties to Owen's mommy's high school alma mater.
Just a thought.

You didn't seriously think you'd get by without a vote for St. Ambrose??? On behalf of Pete, I submit a vote for the bees. (Owen would look adorable in a bumblebee outfit. Think about that for Halloween!)
